In-House Installers
We are unique in western WA as most so-called flooring contractors sub out all of their installations to other installation companies. Our installers are uniformed, drug tested and criminally background checked. They are certified and their competency is endorsed by our many vendors in writing.
Commitment To Safety
Risk Management while your project is in process is our number one responsibility to our employees and customers. Our current WA State safety rating is 40% below industry average. G&W may be the only interior finish contractor in the state of WA with a full time Safety Manager. Safety is a priority which is why we are always compliant with all OSHA and WA State L&I regulations and certifications.
Job Site Supervision
We own responsibility for your project. Our Account Manager and Project Superintendent will visit your site to review the schedule, environmental conditions and coordinate with your stakeholders to create a process that minimizes disruption and efficiently completes your project. We won’t just send “two guys and truck” with some paperwork to complete your project.
